This image is from October 2007 when a Code Pink protester confronted Condoleezza Rice just as she was about to testify to the House Foreign Relations Committee.
“Blood of millions of Iraqis is on your hands,” the protester told Rice. “War criminal! … War Criminal! Take her to the Hague.” she said as she was removed from the room.
It is a powerful image of two faces standing for two different issues. Condi barely bats an eyelash as the Code Pink protester comes at her with bloody hands. There’s a video of it here.
They both believe they are doing the right thing. One is for the wars and one is against.
So many people are against the war, yet not all are willing to stand up for what they believe in. Some may go about it in a different wat than this protester did, but this did get some media attention, and that was the point.

Face it, we must stand up for the things we believe in, and stand up against the things we don’t.
